Our Business Is Protecting Yours
Fire and Security systems require regular maintenance by a qualified engineer to ensure it is working efficiently and will protect against potential future issues. It is also a legal requirement for monitored systems to be regularly maintained at specified intervals. Our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits include a comprehensive list of equipment checks to ensure your security system remains effective at all times.
All of our fire and security maintenance services are carried out by a qualified engineer who will ensure that your systems are fitted in accordance with current regulations and meet the necessary requirements for safe operation.
CFS offer a range of service packages with a 4 hour emergency response and 24 hour call out and contact support service for all Fire and Security system types for home owners, business owners and public sector clients across the North West.
Our packages are available for both CFS installed systems or installations by another company. So if you are not happy with the maintenance response offered by your current service provider – change them!
We have 4 Service Plans available to you:
Basic, Preventative, Labour Inclusive and All Inclusive
Select the plan most suitable to your needs and CFS Systems service engineers will ensure that your systems are maintained and in good working order.
Preventative Cover
Provides access to our 24 hour call-out service response and includes two scheduled maintenance visits per annum.
One will be a complete maintenance inspection, during which all equipment is thoroughly checked and cleaned.
The second visit will be for corrective maintenance only, where applicable.
Labour Intensive Cover
Provides access to our 24 hour call-out service response, scheduled maintenance, plus all call-out and labour charges associated with the repair of the system within our normal terms and conditions and during working hours 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
During each scheduled visit the system will undergo a complete maintenance inspection, during which all equipment is thoroughly checked and cleaned.
All Inclusive Cover
Provides access to our 24 hour call-out service response, scheduled maintenance, plus all call-out, labour and material charges associated with the repair of the system within our normal terms and conditions and during working hours 8.30am -5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
During each scheduled visit the system will undergo a complete maintenance inspection, during which all equipment is thoroughly checked and cleaned.
Fire Alarms
A maintenance contract is a requirement for any premises that has a fire alarm system in order for it to fully comply to British Standards. Our preventative maintenance visits ensure optimum performance from your fire alarm system.
Intruder Alarms
A maintenance contract is a requirement for any premises that has a fire alarm system in order for it to fully comply to British Standards. Our preventative maintenance visits ensure optimum performance from your fire alarm system.
CCTV
It is essential that your CCTV system is fully operational. Regular preventative maintenance checks ensure your cameras and the recording systems will be able to capture vital information in the event of an incident or emergency.
Access Control
Access Control systems can develop faults from time to time like any other mechanical device. Readers may stop working and control equipment could experience programming issues. Regular preventative maintenance and system checks will ensure your systems operate efficiently.
FINANCE AVAILABLE
CFS offers pay monthly or quarterly finance options to our clients taking on service and maintenance packages to help ease the cost of securing your home or business.
