Nurse & Warden Call Systems
CFS’s Nurse and Warden Call systems allow residents and patients to easily call for assistance whilst retaining their freedom and independence.
These systems also act as staff to staff callers should carers need to ask for assistance or get help quickly in an emergency. As safety of residents, patients and staff is paramount in nursing homes, hospitals and care settings, nurse and warden call systems provide peace of mind for all involved.

Nurse Call
Various devices such as press to call panels and pull cords; when activated, transmit the call for assistance back to a display panel, identifying the location of the call, allowing fast staff response. Nurse Call systems can also be used to put live data in the hands of decision-makers to aid them in monitoring and improving patient safety.
All of our Nurse Call systems are individually designed to our clients specific needs and requirements. CFS can also integrate further systems to accompany, such as disabled toilet alarms, disabled refuge and staff attack systems.
Warden Call
Warden Call systems are an essential tool for any organisation that cares for the elderly and vulnerable. Used in community services such as nursing homes, care homes and sheltered housing schemes, these systems help to give residents their independence back .
CFS Warden Call systems are user friendly and efficient, allowing total peace of mind for users and staff and can be monitored 24 hours per day through an off-site emergency response service or through on-site staff.
- Warden Call Intercoms – An alarm and communication system designed for housing schemes with the ability to store alarm activity data on a local memory card. This type of system provides emergency alarm signalling facilities and enhanced door entry control.
- Pendants can be pressed if the user needs assistance which can be connected to on-site staff or a remote monitoring station.
- Ceiling Mounted Pull cords – Pull cords are connected to the users intercom system and when pulled will sound an alarm.
- Dispersed Alarms – Designed to give users living in their own homes or housing associations more independence, Dispersed alarms are connected through a telephone line. If assistance is needed the user can press the unit or a pendant linked to the unit.
- Personal Alarms – When Personal alarms are activated, a monitoring centre receives the call and can quickly identify the caller and their address. Nominated response personnel can then be alerted as required.
